He is survived by: his partner Serge Pellicelli; his siblings, Norma (Jim Verga), Rudi (Tony L. Gresham), Frank (late Bonnie Breiling), Tom (Kim Breiling), Michael (Kathy Breiling) and Scott (Heather Breiling); his daughter Marie-Eve; his grandchildren, William and Lily-Jade Bujold; and his siblings, Real (Normand Boucher), Bernard (Lucie Ouellet), Marlene (Gaby Boivin), Guy (Martine Allard) and Yves (Chantal Leblanc). He is also survived by his aunt, numerous loving nieces, nephews.

Donations in Jerry's memory may be made to Froedtert Hospital Foundation.
