He was predeceased by: his father Jack Murphy (Jack); and his sister Kim M. Murphy. He is survived by: his mother Lorraine Murphy (Ruderer); and his aunts, Lois Lehmann (Philip) and Cheryl Murphy. He is also survived by 11 cousins and numerous friends.
