He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Fox and Irene Fox. He is survived by: his wife Carole Fox; his children, Danny, Mike (Jane), Bob (Eileen), Margaret, Julie (Tim), Buddy (Meg), Peter (Cathi), Sara (John) and Matt (Anne); his daughters-in-law, Meg and Mary Beth; his grandson Peter; and his siblings, Jeanne and Billy. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
