He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Teresa Rauch, Mary Randolph, William and Sharon Otto. He is survived by: his parent Tracy Otto; his children, Johnathan Jr. and Jayla Otto; his parent Sammie Broyld; his stepmother Jennifer Broyld; and his siblings, Izabella, Austin, Cody, Layna, Katelyn, Dennis, Aidan, Aubree and Ava. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
