He is survived by: his spouse Michele; his son David Salzman; his mother Colleen Halloran; his sister Jackie Salzman; his niece Lula Debuhr Halloran; his grandmother Catherine Halloran O'Meara (Tom O'Meara); his aunts and uncles, Margaret Halloran, Jack Anderson, Michael, Judy Halloran, Mary Halloran and William Bement; his cousins, Matthew Halloran, Lauren Halloran and Ethan Halloran; and his father-in-law Doug Stephany.
