He was predeceased by: his grandson Jimmy Spaude; his siblings, Theresa Wittwer, Maria Waxweiler, Kasper Kraus, Peter Kraus and Elli Kraus; and his sister-in-law Ingrid Kocher (Hubert).
He is survived by: his spouse Gundi Ann; his children, Kathrine Schroeder (Glen), Steven Kraus (Sheri-Ann) and Judy Anderson (Steven); his grandchildren, Nicole Spaude, Jamie, Emily Zentgraf, Seana Kraus, Michael and Danny Miller; his great grandchildren, Chase, Hailee and Riker; his sister Irmgard Waxweiler; and his siblings-in-law, Krista Heun (George), Erika Pfeilschifter (Robert) and Werner Kalversberg (Malise). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bevsek-Verbick Funeral Home (10210 W Lincoln Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53227). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church appreciated.
