He is survived by: his parents, Sherry Swan (Marty) and Brian Mullis (Rita Mullis); and his siblings, Sandra Frischman (Craig), Ashley Swan (Grant), Krista Birmingham (Jason), Sierra Swan (Richard), Paul Stewart, Adriana Rabic (Daniel) and David Garcia. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

The family is asking for donations to the family to assist in his funeral arrangements.
