She was predeceased by: her parents, Burr Howard and Helen Howard (Beemer); her husband Thomas Dean; her sister Ann Bemis; and her niece Baumann.
She is survived by: her friend Nancy Albrecht; her children, Kimberly Dean and Byron Dean; her daughter-in-law Heather Dean; and her nephews, Steve Bemis and John Bemis. She is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews; and numerous extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM and at 1:00 PM at the East Side Baptist Church (2409 E Park Pl, Milwaukee, WI 53211).
