He was predeceased by: his sisters, Kathryn Cieszynski and Karen Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Nona Chase; his children, Jess Chase and Andy Chase; his nephew Matthew; and his niece Sarah Kramer. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
