He is survived by: his wife Bridgette; his children, Lee Jr. Berthelsen-Leon (Jennifer), Kevin Berthelsen-Leon (Trish), Carol Laverty and Michelle Ostare; his grandchildren, Samantha, Lauren, Madeline, James Berthelsen-Leon, Patrick, Kevin, Carolyn Berthelsen-Leon, Keith, Christopher Laverty, Danielle and Brittney Fraser; and his sister Karen Wylie (Carla Berthelsen).
