She is survived by: her niece Carol Johnson (late Maurice); her nephews, Michael Halat (Barbara), Thomas Halat (Deirdre), Robert Halat (Judy) and William Halat (Christine); and her nephew-in-law Joncarl Mitchell (late Mary). She is also survived by numerous friends and other family members.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Prasser-Kleczka South Suburban Chapel. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
