Matson Holbrook Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Katharine Brumder Holbrook and Matson Holbrook; his son Philip Michael Holbrook; and his sister Hester Holbrook Abrams. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Miekley Holbrook; his daughter Sarah Andrews Holbrook Slaughter; his son-in-law William C. Slaughter; his granddaughter Ada Uihlein Slaughter; his son Matson Brumder Holbrook Jr.; his daughter-in-law Sarah Bagley Holbrook; his grandchildren, Emma Kathleen Holbrook and Matson Brumder Holbrook III (Trip); his brother William Andrews Holbrook; and his sister-in-law Rana V. Holbrook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Eastbrook Church (5353 N Green Bay Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53209). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
