She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond and Catherine. She is survived by: her husband Tim Radomski; her children, Raymond, Heather (Pat), Tim, Nancy (Tom) and Cheryl (Ben); her grandchildren, Catherine, Adeline, Austin, Brian and Emilyann; and her siblings, Linda (Roger), Susan (Jim), Diane (Jeff), Laura (Scott) and David. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Dementia Society of America in Nancy's name.
