He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonina Crivello and Francesco D'Acquisto; and his brother Gaetano D'Acquisto. He is survived by: his children, Frank D'Acquisto (Erica Ortiz), Antoinette D'Acquisto-Jackson (Jermaine), Joe D'Acquisto (Taylor Lee-Clarahan) and Carmella D'Acquisto (Harrison Colby); his grandchildren, Isabella, Emiliana, Alessandra, Victoria and Santino; and his siblings, Anna Orlando, Tom D'Acquisto, Francesca De La Rosa and Rosa D'Acquisto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Paul requested donations be made to Lucky Mutts Rescue (https://www.luckymuttsrescue.org) or St. Jude's Children's Cancer Research Center, (you can send the St. Jude's "e-card" to [email protected]) two organizations near to his heart.
