He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Herzog and Mary Alice Herzog; his brother Michael Herzog (Laurie); and his brother-in-law Mark Carr (Margaret). He is survived by: his wife Sarah Herzog; his children, Brian Durkin, Jr. and Nicole Herzog Campbell (Dan); his grandchildren, Vivian, Tyler and Alexandra Durkin; his siblings, Robert "Buck" Herzog, Jr. (Dianne), Jeanne Herzog Benavides (Dan), John Herzog (Cyndee), Mary Olson (Bob), Mark Herzog (Jane Russell) of Margaret Carr, MD, Joseph Herzog, MD (Carrie) and Tom Herzog (Amy); and his sister-in-law Elly. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, Nicole's birth parents, and nanny daughters — blood relatives or not, all his family.
