He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou Passage; and his brothers, Harry Passage, Francis Passage (Sylvia) and Russell Passage (Nancy). He is survived by: his children, James Passage (Kathy), Colleen Quinn, Monica Passage and Carrie Larger (Steve); his grandchildren, Timothy Passage, Andrew Passage (Lea), Daniel Quinn (Meredith), Caroline Quinn (Rebecca), Margaret Quinn and James Larger; his great grandchild Ava Passage; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Steigauf (late George). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Hart Park (7300 W Chestnut St, Milwaukee, WI 53213). A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hart Park Muellner Building, Riverview Room (7300 W Chestnut St, Milwaukee, WI 53213).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Hunger Task Force Farm or towards expressions of appreciation for the staff of Oak Creek Place at Trustwell Living, whose care and kindness meant so much.
