He was predeceased by : his daughter Bailey Dominique Hallio. He is survived by : his parents, Dale Hallio and Carol Hallio; his daughter Jessica Leigh Gonzalez (Daniel); his grandchildren, Giovanni Gonzalez, Gabriel Gonzalez, Arianna Gonzalez and Angel Gonzalez; and his siblings, Richard Hallio, Kimberly Hallio and Robert Hallio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family are requested by Randy's family.
