He was predeceased by : his parents, James Foster and Mary Foster (Sebat); and his brothers, James and John (Susanne). He is survived by : his children, Kat and Arthur; his mother-in-law Christa Hill; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Foster and Angela Hill; and his nephews, Mark and Timothy Foster.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Gesu Catholic Church (1145 W Wisconsin Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53233). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
