Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. and Mary E Surges; and his brother John J. Surges. He is survived by: his siblings, Suzanne Surges and Ory; and also Stacy Phipps (Evan). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Joseph Catholic Church - Big Bend would be greatly appreciated.
