She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Martens; her siblings, Arlyn Doehler, Ardelle Sersted (late Glenn) and Judith Schrubbe; and her brother-in-law Ralph Martens (late Elaine).
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Jacobsen (late Ken), Denise Spohr (Bob), Debbie Velic (Jim) and Dana Flegner (Jeff); her grandchildren, Tricia Sherwood, Jeffrey Jacobsen, Danielle Spohr, Christopher Spohr, Patrick Spohr, Robin Spohr, Nicholas Spohr, Ryan Velic (Janice), Justin Velic and Daniel Velic; her great grandchild Nina Sherwood; and her sisters, Sharon Beerman (late Jack) and Sandra Maier. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Peter-Immanuel Lutheran Church, the Lutheran Home or Aurora Zilber Family Hospice.
