In the vast expanse of eternity, Samantha shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Samantha farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dan; and her parents, Edward Gorny and Nancy Gorny. She was also cherished by friends, including her sorority sisters.
In lieu of flowers, Dan has asked that donations in memory of Samantha be made to a scholarship fund that he and Samantha had established at Marquette University (Samantha and Daniel La Nuez Endowed Scholarship for MPS Students).
