She is survived by: her husband Alan Jacobson; her daughters, Sheree Mazola, Jodi Pokrzewinski (Norb) and Jill Kent (Darin); her grandchildren, Rachelle Mazola, Adam Mazola, Brandon Pokrzewinski (Gywn), Brad Pokrzewinski-Cruise (Zack), Brett Pokrzewinski (Sarah), Alec Kent (Cierra) and Morgan Kent (Drew); her great grandchildren, Willow, Parker and Pine; and her siblings, John Zasoba (Sheila) and Leslie Hemp-Buchholz (Steve).
