He is survived by: his parents, Isidore Garcia and Efigenia Perez; his daughters, Evelin Garcia Naverrete (Jose Juarez) of St. Francis and Suleyma Llulieth Garcia Naverrete of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.; his siblings, Carlos, Jaime, Juana, Georgina, Rosa, Matilde and Lucia Garcia Perez; and his grandchildren, Leylani Juarez Garcia and Violet Juarez Garcia.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Home Cemetery (2405 W Forest Home Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
