He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Craig (Shannon), Taylor (Chris), Jon (Ashley) and Jacob; his grandchildren, Ava, CJ, Anthony, Jaxon and Logan; and his siblings, Rick, Bonnie and Brian (Janet). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
