He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Berg and Caroline Berg; his brothers, James (Ellen) and Nicholas Berg (Harriet); and his in-laws, Gerald and Melrose Van Dyke (Alderden).
He is survived by: his wife Lois (Van Dyke); his daughters, Elizabeth Berg and Genevieve Berg; his sisters, Susan Debner, Lois Stack (Phil) and Anne Arndt (Randy); and his sister-in-law Nola Van Dyke. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
