He is survived by : his wife Nancy Stone Phillips; his children, Stephanie and Andrew Phillips (Skylar); his mother Nancy Stein Phillips; his siblings, Kenneth Phillips (Julie) and Debbie Schwartz (Jim); and his brother-in-law Jim Stone (Helena).

A graveside service was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Spring Hill Cemetery (166 S Hawley Ct, Milwaukee, WI 53214). A shiva was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 and on Sunday, May 12th 2024.
