With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Seung Za Rhee in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sun Jun Choi and Myung Jo Lee; and her husband Jae Kwon Rhee. She is survived by: her son David; her grandson Graeme; and her daughter-in-law Dylana.
