She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin L. Nelson; her children, Sharon Cech (Robert), Sandra Schopf (late James), Wayne Nelson (Chris), Susan Nelson (George Marczewski), Mark Nelson (Jackie), Rick Nelson (Janice), Randy Nelson, Shelly Sorensen (Kris), Todd Nelson and Michael Nelson (Diane); and her sister Delores Kaiser (late Martin). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Our Father's Lutheran Church would be appreciated.
