Steve Vento Obituary
Steve Vento (November 25th, 1959), of Milwaukee, WI, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 30th, 2025.
Steve was born in Milwaukee, WI in 1959 to Pauline and Rodney Vento. Steve grew up on the East side of Milwaukee and attended Saint Rita's Grade School and Saint John Cathedral High School. Steve was quite the showman. Throughout his career in entertainment, Steve brought many smiles and laughs to everyone who met him. From his early days working with Ronald McDonald to being the smallest blackjack dealer in Las Vegas, Steve was already bringing joy to those around him. Steve was also the only Big Boy in the country and co-owned My Little Italian on Okauchee Lake. Steve was not the life of the party, he was the party.
Steve is survived by Pauline Enea (mother), Devon Vento (son), Jordin Vento (daughter-in-law), Mason Vento (grandson), Rocco Vento (brother), and Shelly Vento (sister-in-law) in addition to numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends throughout the country. He was preceded in death by Rodney Vento (father).
Steve will be incredibly missed. He was small in size but big in heart. He left a giant footprint in all of our lives.
A memorial will be held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at a date and time to be determined where we can all celebrate his life and raise a toast in his honor.
