Vera P. Barnes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vera P. Barnes of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 19, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul; her former husband Robert E. Keller (Bob) of Lover's Lane; and her parents, Libuse Prokop (Zdenek) and George Prokop. She is survived by: her daughters, Gwyneth (Gigi) and Marisa (Mimi); her grandchildren, Trevor, Cassidy and Isabela; her son-in-law John; her pet Leonardo (Leo); and her stepchildren, Andy, Peggy and Jim. She is also survived by grandmother to his wonderful grandchildren and great grandchildren.
If you choose, the family asks that you honor Vera with a donation in her name to the Ozaukee Humane Society or another animal rescue or organization of choice, or to the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Institute (WAI), Milwaukee Branch.
