She was predeceased by: her parents, John G. Chappell and Amy Heilman Chappell; and her sister Carol Jean Chappell Shipley (Michael) of Woodstock, GA. She is survived by: her sisters, Jane Ellen Chappell Singleton (Win) of Falls Church, VA and Patricia Louise Chappell (Patrice Goham) of Baltimore, MD; and her nieces, Col. Malinda Claire Singleton, Erica Chappell Singleton and Rebecca Elizabeth Chappell Shipley.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's (1840 N Prospect Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53202).
