He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his children, Thomas, Georgeann Janke (James), Robert Marciniak, Susan Kavanagh (John), Lynn Marie Schmidt (Andrew) and Carolyn Hottinger (Michael); his grandchildren, Bryan, Alexandra Marciniak, James (Becca), Daniel Janke (Jackie), Jack, Matt, AJ, Henry, Charlie Schmidt, Maddy, Elly and Jonathan Hottinger; his great grandchild Haley Janke; and his sibling Dr. Thomas (Marcia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society appreciated.
