He is survived by: his wife Connie Jo; his children, Missy Jennaro (Jack), Matt Horstman, Andy Horstman (Diane) and John Horstman (Emma Louise); his grandchildren, Madison, Alex and Ryan; his sisters, Sandra Hamlet and Nancy Lieder; his close friend Sally Hunt; his pet Fig; Michelle and Jesse. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
