He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Phillip R Zurbuchen Jr. and Leeferd Francis. He is survived by: his parents, Balford Francis and Patricia Francis; his sister Abigail Morgan Francis; his niece Gianna Lynn Davis; and his grandparents, April Williams and Monalyn Walker. He is also survived by numerous great aunts, aunts, great uncles, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic he returned home where he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
