She was predeceased by: her brother Todd Skoy; and her father Arlan. She is survived by: her significant other Dave Rucker; her son Travis Thompson (April Judd); her stepson Josh Rucker; her granddaughters, Holly Judd and Savanna Rucker; her mother Sandra Skoy; her sister Diane Krall (Doug); and her sibling's children, Matt Skoy (Elizabeth), Kristen Fiegen (Joe), Sarah Stegemann (Eric) and Tiffany Ott (Dean). She is also survived by 9 grandnieces/nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mindoro Lutheran Sunday School Program or to a children's charity of your choice — Cindy would love that.
