She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Mann and Anna Mae Mann (Reger); her sons, William Billings, Jim Billings and Charles E. Smart, Jr.; her brother Gary Mann; and her brother-in-law Paul Hoffman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Teller (Luther), Sherry Wahl (Dirrick) and Jenny Wolfgram (Dale); her grandchildren, Aundrea Billings (Ro), Stacey Veeramah (Krishna), Lori Scott, Jenah Wahl, Carley Soderstrom (Dalton), Destinee Wahl, Jay (Aubrey), Jeriann, Jessica Wolfgram, Garrett (McKenzie) and Dylan Smart (Kaylynn); her great grandchildren, Paisley, Ryker, Charlie, Leo Smart and Thomas Veeramah; her daughter-in-law Margie Billings; and her sister Donna Hoffman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lulloff-Peterson-Houck Funeral Home (126 Diagonal St, Dodgeville, WI 53533).
