He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Flanagan and Helen Flanagan (Lawinger); his sister Kaye Walsh; and his nephew Brian Busch. He is survived by: his wife Jean Flanagan (Cruice) of Joseph's Catholic Church; his daughters, Jennifer Maguire (Patrick) and Jodi Peat (Wade); his grandchildren, Molly, Megan, Zachary Maguire, Angelina and Wyatt Peat; his great grandchild Callahan Thompson; his siblings, Phil Flanagan, Elaine Busch (Mark), David Flanagan and Mark Flanagan (Karla); and his brother-in-law Peter Walsh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:50 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (224 Davis St, Mineral Point, WI 53565).
