She is survived by: her son Cory Sprinkel of Madison, WI; her siblings, John Dawson (Michelle Young) of Fort Atkinson, WI, Janis "Jan" Leonard (Fred) of Crystal Falls, MI and Traci Wallenhorst (Rooster) of Cuba City, WI; her former husband Greg Sprinkel of Cobb, WI; and her sister-in-law Debra Dawson of Sterling, IL..

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Teri's name may be sent to the funeral home at 123 N. Jackson St., Cuba City, WI 53807.

“I will always remember Teri’s devotion to our Cory during his last 4 years of life. She took a puppy undercover into Childrens Hospital in Chicago so Cory could see the puppy. She also found a stray puppy and brought him to Cory and he was a good friend to Cory in those last days. She was a great cook and actually did have a good heart! RIP Terri!”
