He is survived by: his cousin Karl Wechter; his nieces, Jennifer Galanos (Greg) and Linda Simons (Howard); his nephew Dave Wechter (Morgan); his friends, Bob, Lynne Frey, John Ross and Tad Voight; and also Liz.
Paul was involved in many community activities including the Kiwanis Club, American Humanics Foundation, Oregon Masonic Lodge, Lions and Rotary Clubs.
