It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Mark Partlow of Mondovi, Wisconsin, born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his grandfather Donald Partlow. He is survived by : his parents, Sue and Mark (Joy); his father-in-law Rick Stoughton; his sister Emily Lieffring (Jordan); his step-siblings, Andy Stoughton, Lisa Stoughton, Emily Paschen (Tucker) and Ashlie Kimmerle (Max); his nieces and nephews, Remi Paschen, Penelope and Finn Kimmerle; and his grandparents, James, Marilyn Bollinger and Susan Partlow-Ottum (Ron). He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Memorials will be donated to charitable organizations to help people struggling with addiction disorders.
