With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorena Marie Weiss (Mondovi, Wisconsin), born in Durand, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 3, 2024 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lorena Marie Weiss to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Weisenbeck and Grace Weisenbeck (Simpson); her husband Robert Weiss; her son Joseph; her grandsons, Blaise Axness, Christopher Weiss and Travis Weiss; and her brothers, Robert and John Weisenbeck.

She is survived by : her children, Charles Weiss (Bonnie) of Mondovi, WI, Emmy Sherrard (Ken) of Hager City, WI, Nicholas Weiss (Shawn) of Hackberry, AZ and Jenny Odegard (Tom) of Eau Claire, WI; and her siblings, Francis Weisenbeck, Raymond Weisenbeck (Joan), Tony Weisenbeck (Wilma), Mona Troensgaard (King) and Lois Machotka. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces/ grand nieces and nephews/grand nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to the American Legion Auxiliary #264 or one of the Catholic Tri- Parish churches.
