She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wells and Marilyn Wells; and her brother Mike (Valerie). She is survived by: her friend Sharon; her brother John (Diane); her nieces and nephews, Jennifer (Martin), Elizabeth (Curt), Michael (Katie), Stephanie (John) and Austin (Bethany); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Allison, Jameson, Wesley, Bradley, Riley, Valerie, Jeremiah, Josiah, Everly, Owen and Colten. She is also survived by her cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A memorial fund will be established in Ann's name for the Green County Humane Society.
