She was predeceased by: her parents, Rhoda Marie Forbes (McIntyre) and Ernest "Shorty" Forbes; her husband Dr. Robert H. Keith; her siblings, Marvin Forbes and Carol Vivion; and her grandson Joshua Reichert.
She is survived by: her sister Nina Bates of Willows, CA; her children, Aileen (Tom), David "Thai" Keith of Baraboo, WI, Linda (Karen McArthur), Keith of South Dartmouth, MA and Brian (Betsy); her grandchildren, Carrie Kosta (Daniel), Sarah Reichert, Andrew Keith McArthur, Abigail McArthur Keith, Spencer Keith (Natalie), Grant Keith (Keelin), Mitch Keith and Grace Keith; and her great grandchildren, Beatrix, Lucian and Esme Kosta.
