With sadness, we share the passing of Curtis L. Phillips of Monroe, Wisconsin. Curtis, born on December 5, 1953, passed away on October 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Phillips and Ruby Phillips (Pickett). He is survived by: his siblings, Wendell Phillips (Sally) of Monroe, Stacey Phillips (Reyne) of Browntown, Bradley Phillips (Laurie) of Juda and Shelly Pattinson (Sam) of Sugar Grove, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Schultz (Nick), Eric Phillips (Becca), Adrian Crow (Josh), Ashley Barradas (Ricardo), Jason Phillips, Lindsy Duane (Sean), Seth Pattinson (Eva) and Emily Tannhauser (Andy). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home (1455 Mansion Dr, Monroe, WI 53566). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Above all Curtis loved spending time with his family; and was always grateful for the gift of love and life through the donation of a kidney from his sister, Shelly.
