We bid farewell to Daniel J. DeMuth of Monroe, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 4, 2025 at the age of 49. He was predeceased by: his father Terry DeMuth; and his grandparents, Ron, Eileen Newton, Pearl and Alfred DeMuth.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Mai; his children, Madeline (Maddie), Jacob and Michael; his mother Karen DeMuth; his siblings, Doug DeMuth (Karen), Dave DeMuth (Mandy) and Darcy Wagner (Gary); his in-laws, Don and Mary Jo Mai; and his brother-in-law Steve Mai (Jen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Monroe United Methodist Church (2227 4th St, Monroe, WI 53566). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for the children's education c/o Lisa DeMuth-Team DeMuth, Wisconsin Bank and Trust, 1717 10th Street, Monroe, WI 53566.
