He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fredrick Lauper and Viola Virginia Lauper. He is survived by: his siblings, Dianna and Leslie; his wife Linda (Webb); his daughters, Dianna and Leslie; and his sister Delores (Steve Balsley).
A memorial fund will be established in Fred's name.
