He is survived by: his wife Cheryl (Tieman); his children, Janet Brunkow (Dave), Todd Dale (Connie) and Terry Dale (Kris); his granddaughters, Kristin, Karie, Kortney, Elizabeth, Alyssa, Karlie and Kalista; his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Linkin and Lenora; and his sisters, Deanna Sacker and Tammie DeRemer.
