He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Aiden and Ryu. He is survived by: his parents, Mel Dotson and Linda Dotson (Halzel); his wife Laurie Schmid of Monroe; his children, Brandon Dotson, Tyler Dotson, Makayla Dotson, Amber Leutenegger, Samantha Metz and Brian Martin; and his sister Melinda Lasater (Brad) of North Denver, CO.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
