She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Phillips and Frances Phillips (Conley); her husband James Finley; her son Michael; her parents-in-law, Clarence and Ellen Finley; her siblings, William Phillips (Sharon), Joseph Phillips (Rosemary) and Annette Natz (William); and her nephew William Natz.
She is survived by: her children, Pam (Steve Hahn), Chris (Kristin Finley), Tricia (Scott Threlkeld) and Cari (Doug Teff); her grandchildren, Morgan and Matt Kelly of Scales Mound, IL; her children, Craig Kennison of Englewood, CO, Andrew Finley of Ridgefield, WA, Erik Finley of Ridgefield, WA, Meghan Finley of San Francisco, CA, Molly Threlkeld of Boulder, CO, Ella Threlkeld of Boulder, CO, Norah Teff of Spartanburg, SC and Bea Teff of Louisville, KY; her great grandchild Claire Kelly of Scales Mound, IL; and her niece Danielle Natz Thomas (Krista Thomas).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the School District of Monroe to fund payment against Student Lunch debt.
