It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Henry Anton Signer of Monroe, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Anton and Gretta Claire Signer (Camron); his sisters, Ulonda Dietmeier and Kathryn Signer; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Young and James Haddock.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Signer; his children, Sandra Wasserstrass (Calvin), Debra Hurlbert (James), Teresa Smith (Theodore), Sheila Fry (Steve Ferrell), Todd Signer (Rebecca) and Tracy Signer (Wendi); his grandchildren, Jeremy Wasserstrass, Brandi Widmer (Dustin), Crimson Pulver (Justin), Aleron Wasserstrass (Abbie), Marcus Hurlbert (Megan), Marissa Skoumal (Daniel), Abram Hurlbert (Alexis), Tessa Hurlbert, Joram Hurlbert (Anna), David Hurlbert (Jadyn Elgin), Helen Nwabara, Kate Fry (Anil Singhal), Laura Fry (Michael Cooney), Isaac Fry (Meghan Fredel), Jay Signer, Cassandra Signer, Joe Schwartzenberger, Emily Schwartzenberger and Bailey Signer; his great grandchildren, Laney Widmer, Devon Widmer, Layla Fry, Chloe Pulver, Violet Pulver, Ruby Pulver, Olive Wasserstrass, Bowie Wasserstrass, Claire Hurlbert and Baby Skoumal; and his siblings, Donna Young, Dean Signer (Deanne), Elaine Haddock, Nyla Signer, Dale Signer (Karen) and Gwen Robl (Phil).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at N3051 WI-81, Monroe, WI 53566.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the local United Methodist Church or the Green County Welcome Center.
